Mallet side

An interchangeable, ultra-resistant nylon tip, for adjustment strokes and for striking very hard without damaging your workpieces.

Hammer side

A head characteristic of our blacksmithing expertise: high-carbon steel, forged with induction heat treatment of the working surfaces. The chamfered head of the Duo hammer is slightly domed, with finely polished working parts and an electrostatic epoxy powder coating, followed by a kiln firing. A real hammer that lets you shape parts, strike chisels and pins, move assemblies...

Work and strike in complete safety

Thanks to its hydraulic press-fitting, its pull-out performance is 400% higher than current standards. This is the MOB trademark. Each unit is individually controlled: a force sensor measures the press-fit power, and a pressure sensor checks the resin installation. This technique offers power and guarantees safe assembly.

Carbon: the unbreakable AND comfortable handle

The Duo Hammer has a four-material composite handle:

  1. Two carbon fiber rods for powerful, precise striking
  2. Unbreakable fiberglass core, more flexible 
  3. Anti-vibration polypropylene to absorb the shock of striking
  4. A soft, full-length elastomer grip provides a secure hold and prevents blisters, unlike grips that are too “sticky”.

Thanks to this innovation, the Duo Hammer guarantees a dry, precise strike. You'll also be able to grip the hammer along its entire length for ergonomic ease of use.
