The advantage of a ratchet wrench is speed, but you can't force the mechanism, which can give way. Should this happen to you, however, the design of these wrenches means that only the mechanism can be repaired.
GUARANTEE INFO
A product under guarantee can therefore be repaired by us, or by yourself if you prefer, thanks to our kits and tuto-video. The lifetime guarantee applies in the event of a defective product. However, there are a number of cases of excessive use that fall outside the scope of this guarantee, such as a ratchet that has been forced or knocked. In such cases, repairs or kits are at your expense. Repair kits are themselves covered by the guarantee, with no time limit. This means that even if you use the kit to carry out repairs yourself, the warranty will continue to apply.
