THE POWER OF THE XLINER TOOL TROLLEY: ITS STRENGTH
- A textured stainless steel tray for great strength. Much more durable than aluminum, it's a strong and distinctive choice.
- The edges of the tray are made of bimaterial plastic. They offer plenty of practical storage space for screw removal and screwdriver access.
- Static loads of up to 1,000 kg ensure long service life.
- A bimaterial handle integrated into the tray makes the tool trolley easier to handle and more practical.
- Drawer loads of up to 40 kg.
Easily store all your tools
To prevent drawers from opening when moving, all closed drawers are automatically locked. They can be unlocked by simply pressing the handle before opening.
All drawers open to 100%.
Depending on the model, each drawer can accommodate between 3 and 5 modules and a load of 40 kg.
Over 60 models of foam or thermoformed modules are available to fit out your trolley. Storage spaces are also integrated into the top: 2 pockets for screws and 8 screwdriver slots. Practical storage for all your tools! And if you don't need modules, you'll be able to use the bottom mat in each drawer.
Hang your accessories
Made from 0.8 mm thick perforated sheet metal, the side walls are designed for easy hooking of all your accessories: waste garbage can, bottle holder, paper roll holder and document holder.
New wheels for greater mobility of your tool trolley
The 125 mm-diameter polyurethane wheels make it easier to move the trolley. More flexible, they require less effort to start up and are easier to handle, even on uneven floors. To position the tool trolley close to a wall or between several spaces, the wheels swivel 360°. Two of our models are equipped with 6 wheels: 2 fixed wheels and 4 swivel wheels, 1 of which has a brake. More mobility means less fatigue at the end of the day!
A new, more ergonomic Xliner handle
To improve the handling of our XLiner tool trolleys, our R&D team has studied and designed a more ergonomic bimaterial handle.
When pushing, the 2 hands are positioned on either side. When pulling, the hand is centered on the grip zone.
Its power : a better grip, for more precision in your movements and less effort.
An anti-tilt system for greater safety
The XLiner tool trolley is equipped with a safety anti-tilt system that allows selective opening of one drawer at a time to prevent tipping. Its central locking system also allows all drawers to be closed simultaneously with a single key.
