- Exchangeable nylon insert (80D Shore).
- C45E high carbon steel head.
- Forged head, with heat treatment.
- Induction-hardened working surfaces (54 HRC).
- Finely polished working parts.
- Epoxy powder painting (electrostatic process), followed by baking.
- The fitting is made by a hydraulic machine, a stress sensor measures on each product the power of the fitting, then a pressure sensor controls the installation of the resin.
- The pull-out performance is much higher than the standards and is the trademark of MOB tooling.
- Unbreakable Carbon handle, made of 4 components: unbreakable fiberglass core, 2 carbon fibre bars, anti-vibration polypropylene and elastomer for a good grip.
